Telework Information: This position has been designated as eligible for telework in an office-centered capacity. This is defined as the team member working fifty (50) percent or more of their time in the office.
CalPERS seeks multiple Staff Services Analysts in the Health Account Services, Enrollment Administration Section within CalPERS, to provides eligibility and enrollment services to the members and employers that participate in the CalPERS health benefits program, including the State, public agencies, and schools. Health Account Services also helps members resolve difficult issues with their health plans, handles appeals and requests for administrative hearings, processes dental enrollment for State retirees, and provides marketing and contracting services for public agencies.

Ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships
Ability to prioritize work assignments and/or problem solutions to ensure completion within established timeframes
Ability to adapt to changes in priorities, work assignments, and other interactions
Ability to write clearly and concisely using proper spelling, grammar, syntax and sentence structure
Energetic, positive, flexible, self-motivated, conscientious
Excellent organizational and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to work effectively under pressure and stringent timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,448.00 – $5,604.00 per month
