Job Description : Customer Service Rep
Orange County’s largest Window Tinting company is seeking a Customer Service Rep. Our ultimate goal is providing every customer with a superior level of customer service. We are seeking a pleasant individual for full time work that possess exceptional telephone etiquette skills, confidence, and administrative office experience. Previous experience is a plus, preferably phone experience, but not required. We will train the right person .
AVAILABLE HOURS
Monday — Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 8am-6pm
Sunday 10am- 5 pm
Job Duties:
Assist customers with appointments
Answer phones helping clients with any questions
Follow up phone with after sale questions
Respond to emails and reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional appearance
Enthusiastic presence in team environment
Excellent in multi-tasking
Customer service skills
Preferably experience with customer service.
Computer Experience and/or experience with a standard phone system
Experience with Excel, Word
FriendlySelf-motivatedGreat work ethic
