Job Description : Beautiful Dermatology office in Dr. Phillips area is looking for a dynamic front desk receptionist to join our team! We pride ourselves in providing the highest level of quality patient care, at every level of our practice. Applicants must have a passion for helping others, and strive for excellence.
Responsibilities:

Manage a high call volume and direct calls
Schedule appointments for patients
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Greet patients
Smile
Great attitude is a must!
Check in and check out patients- scheduling their appointment
Scan documents into patient charts
Maintain the front desk and lobby
Verify insurance electronically
Collect Co-Pays and Balances
Confirmation calls to patients
Stock products
Answer patient inquires and respond in a timely manner
Perform various duties assigned

Requirements:

Self-motivated & self-starter
Attention to detail
Exceptional customer service
Positive and upbeat personality
Ability to multitask
Problem solving, and time management
Accountable attendance
TEAMwork!!!
Nextech EMR system knowledge is a plus

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Understanding of computers and technology

Salary:

Based on experience and education’
