SUMMARY

The Front Office Coordinator occupies a fundamental position in the daily success of the corporate office functionality supporting the reception area, conference center and PBX system. The FOC is the focal point around which most interactions with visitors, associates and vendors begins and ends thus requires a high level of customer service and professionalism. This individual must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a high ability to follow through daily routines while managing a diverse range of responsibilities with a positive attitude and efficiency.
The FOC provides administrative support in preparation and control of records, statistics and reports for various areas within the Corporate Administration Division. This area is the primary resource for the purchase order protocol and processing. Under direct supervision the FOC also assists with the creation and maintenance of various policy statements and forms.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in management and at least 3 years of direct experience in facilities/office management.
Must be extremely organized, work well under deadlines and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This individual must be detail oriented and have a professional front office appearance.
Advance knowledge in MS Word and Excel is a must, along with strong analytical abilities.
Associate’s Degree or Professional Certifications are preferred.
