Job Description : RECEPTIONIST FOR IRONHORSE VETCARE – FULL TIME OR PART TIME
How you will benefit from joining the IronHorse VetCare team.

Earning $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
Interested in full-time or part-time employment.
At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service position, preferably in the veterinary field… a plus but not required.
High school diploma.
Worked with EzyVet and Smartflow a plus but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer service functions including but not limited to:
Greeting clients/patients
Answering multi-line phones
Answering medical questions
Scheduling procedures and appointments
Confirming all appointments
Preparing documents for appointments one day prior to appointments (including gathering all previous records)
Follow up calls after appointments
Presenting estimates and invoices/explain fees including processing payments
Management of medical records (reporting, correspondence with referring veterinarians)
Keeping exam rooms cleaned and stocked
Keeping front lobby organized, clean and stocked
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with staff and clients using tact, patience, and professional courtesy

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma
Client service related work experience in the veterinary field for a minimum of at least 2 years is a plus but not required
Worked with EzyVet and Smartflow a plus but not required
