Job Description : PeopleReady of San Jose has an immediate opening for Warehouse Workers in Union City, CA.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will do any number of tasks, picking, packing, and preparing orders to shipping and handling or even stocking. Alternate work week (4 days x 10+hrs).

Note – Pay rate for this job is $22.16/Hour

Shift timing – 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night) and Weekends

Responsibilities Include:

Pick / Pull Orders.
Heavy lifting cases of alcohol for 10+hrs a day.
Walking, standing, carrying, fast pace environment.
Loading and unloading trucks
Packing and unpacking items
Packing and sealing orders based on work orders or instructions from supervisor
Storing items in warehouse based on existing layout and instructions from supervisor
Examining and inspecting orders before packing to make sure specifications are met

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Flexibility to work overtime and additional dates.
Steel-toed boots required
Discernment for safety and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Good judgment and attention to detail
Background check and Drug screen required.
