Job Description : Graphic & Digital Content Designer
The Graphic & Digital Content Designer supports the Creative Team in all asset and creative material development that meet both brand standards and specific business goals related to each project. The Graphic & Digital Content Designer is responsible for producing high-quality design solutions, from concept to delivery, while ensuring adherence to the brand “look and feel” and guidelines. The ability to work in a fast- paced environment, while remaining flexible and collaborative is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Creates images, logos, pictures and typography styles using existing visual elements and style requirements, and combining them in new and unique ways
Develops new concepts and ideas for design initiatives
Supports digital marketing efforts related to the provision of artwork assets for use in social media and email marketing
Create firework product, signage, grocery product displays, catalogs, flyers, billboards, price cards, website assets as well as any other art or promotional materials for each division of TNT Fireworks and Celebrate Everyday. Use typography, hierarchy, composition and color to communicate the needs of the project, tell the appropriate story and produce the desired action by the consumer
Always be thinking out of the box on new firework product concepts, names and designs. Be able to forecast consumer trends 1-2 years in advance to remain the leader in the firework industry.
Ability to work with die lines to create innovative consumer firework package designs and corrugated displays
Construct 3D models of firework packages in Adobe Dimensions or Strata 3D
Pitch creative ideas, create drafts, concepts, and final design solutions
Create unique T-Shirt designs that are sold on our ecommerce shop
Manages the organization and maintenance of the graphic design files; Follow the process for cataloging and maintaining our assets on our Creative server
Collaborate with the Creative team and Creative Director on vision for each project to ensure we are being consistent with brand standards.
Collaborate with team members on peer reviews and projects to improve the overall quality of work from our team
Manage open projects and requests in Track- It. Must be able to manage deadlines and clearly communicate project completion deadlines to management and requester.
Participate in department wide and inter departmental brainstorm sessions to solve problems and find new ideas for marketing initiatives
Set up product and lifestyle photoshoots to capture images for our digital and traditional marketing materials
Work with our Visual Content Creator on capturing product videos, operator testimonials or other brand video content. Must know how to film as well as edit video and photo content

Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Art or a related field required
Expert Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Light Room, Dimensions, Premier or Final Cut, After Effects and/or other design software
Photography
Videography
Consumer product package designs and working with die lines
Ability to hand draw a design and convert to a digital illustration
Exceptional design skills with an eye for consistency
Strong layout skills and design sensibilities
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills, initiative, attention-to-detail and creativity
Hand production skills to mock up products (exacto knife, mounting, adhesive, laminating etc.)

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
