Job Description : BiRite Foodservice Distributors is the largest independent broadline foodservice distributor in Northern California. We deliver the products restaurants need directly to their front door. BiRite is the preferred distributor for many restaurants, hotels, caterers and universities,
The ideal candidate for the Graphic Designer position is a self-starter interested in the foodservice industry with an eye for design. This person must also be willing to assist the department with administrative duties, meetings, events and other non-design tasks.
Major Responsibilities:

Support sales staff with updated flyers, catalogs, and product images
Support Product Specialists with printed flyers and catalogs
Create and design:
Monthly Power Mobile Ads
Seasonal Flyers
Print Advertising and Sponsorship ads
Promotional and SPIFF Flyers
Category Catalogs (COP, Beverage, Seafood, Local, Janitorial, etc.)
Pitch Packets and Company Presentations
Lobby Monitor Presentation Signage
Invitations for Employee, Golf, Specialty Faire, and other Events (Eventbrite and printed)
Monthly New Item Flyer
Quarterly Employee Newsletter
Annual Marketing Program
Reformat product images for online catalogs
Promote the BiRite Brand to Post to Social Media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Assist with monthly general sales meeting set-up, tear-down, photography and Presentations
Set up for special events, trainings, and seminars
Update Company website with current catalogs, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) library, monthly new item flyers, manufacturer rebates, and more.
Assist in the planning, organizing, and implementation of customer events, employee events, sales incentive trips, and meetings name badges, registration, packets, set-up and tear-down

Minimum Required Qualification:

Knowledge and experience in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress
2+ years design experience required
Proficient writing and spelling skills
Proficient in Google Slides and the Google Suite of products
Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing is preferred
Must be able to travel for site inspections and some customer and/or employee events (weekends)
Must be able to make design decisions independently
Team oriented, with outstanding communication, proactive, and interpersonal skills
Quick learner with sharp attention to detail

Salary: DOE
