Job Description : Mobile Game/Application Development Company in Los Angeles, CA

Position: Graphic Designer
Work Location: Full Remote base (may be attending the company meeting physically at their LA office a few times a year)
Salary Range: 80-110K/year (exempt)

Graphic Designer is responsible for creating all marketing assets including online ads, SNS posts, and branding assets. This position is key role to express product identity through the creative which encompasses both static and dynamic (video) formats. The Graphic Designer will mainly work on mobile gaming and live streaming apps.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create digital banners and videos based on design briefs.
Develop and modify the assets depending on stakeholder/licensor feedback in a timely manner.
Review creative performance, develop hypotheses and improve creative together with a data analyst.
Research, share and demonstrate graphic design best practices while also being opened to learning what works best within the mobile space.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience producing static and dynamic consumer-facing marketing assets.
Mobile or Video game industry experience is a MUST.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications.
Expertise in Adobe software, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Apple Final Cut.
Ability to manage multiple, quick turn-around projects simultaneously.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Japanese language skill is a plus, but not required.
