Do you have experience in working in a Trader Joe’s store? Do you love helping people with computer related problems? If so, read on! We may have the role of a lifetime for you!
Trader Joe’s is unlike any place you’ve ever worked. Trust us on that. The qualified Crew Member has at least 2 years of store experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe’s concept. Experience in the computer/IT field is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, California.
The Help Desk Support is responsible for:
Using great customer experience skills to help Crew Members in the stores when they call with issues related to hardware, software, or Point-of-Sale.
Troubleshoot and determine the cause of computer/technical issues.
Log all calls and work with stores until issues have been resolved.
Other related work as assigned.
The right candidate has:
Must be able to work evening shifts and weekends on a regular basis.

A minimum of 2 years of Trader Joe’s work experience is ideal.
Experience in the computer field (PC hardware and software training/certification) is a major plus!
Loves problem-solving.
The ability to create wow experiences for your customers and fellow Crew Members.
Familiarity with service desk or service management software is a plus!
