Position : Home Administrator, Residential Program – 206
Job Description : HOME ADMINISTRATOR
Provides overall management and supervision of one residential facility serving adults with developmental disabilities that is licensed by Community Care Licensing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Hire and train and supervise direct service staff
Oversee care and supervision of residents
Maintain the home in accordance with licensing standards at all times
Ensure implementation of client Individual Service Plans
Participate in meetings involving staff, residents, and other significant persons
Schedule staff hours to meet supervision requirements, including obtaining substitutes
Review and summarize data for reports
Provide direct care as part of required ratio 20 or more hours a week
Interact with residents’ families, funding agency representatives and the community
Arrange transportation and supervision for resident individual appointments
Carry and respond to pager during shift
Oversee and implement Resident activity schedule
Manage home expenditures
Prepare weekly meal plans and complete weekly grocery shopping in accordance to menu plan.
Manage resident funds
Being available for emergency calls and pages for 24 hour period during shift or arrange coverage through Program Administrator
All other duties as assigned by the Program Administrator

Salary + Mileage + Benefits
Must obtain and maintain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, good DMV driving record and pass a job-related physical
COVID-19 vaccination required (SVS complies with Title VII and California’s FEHA).
