Moss & Co., a Property management company located in Sherman Oaks, CA, is looking for experienced and real go-getters Apartment Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Leasing Agents to join our dynamic team of property management professionals.
We are looking for dynamic energetic individuals that enjoy working and being part of the property management world. We are an exciting company to be part of as we are growing tremendously. We have properties all over the greater Los Angeles Area and we are looking to expand.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the field that you are applying for
Lease ups
Vacancy rehabs
Turnovers Section
Experience in serving notices, eviction process, rent collection
Excellent customer service
Knowledge of Fair Housing
A team player
Good leadership skills,
Excellent organizational skills
Yardi knowledge is a plus
Bilingual preferred
We have both on-site and off-site positions available as well as full-time and part-time opportunities.
Locations: West Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Koreatown, Downtown Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley.
