Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated, team-oriented insurance customer service representative for entry level and experienced positions to provide exceptional service to our valued commercial clients.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
– High School Graduate- Preferred insurance experience including basic knowledge of insurance terminology, concepts and coverage- Familiar with computers and able to adapt to Agency Management Systems- Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
