Job Description : Job Title: IT HELP DESK SUPPORT
Reports To: IT Manager
Department: IT ________________________________________
SUMMARYCTC Global is looking for an IT help desk (Tier 1) technician to support multiple locations in the Irvine area (Internal/External support).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Assists with daily administration of network/server environment- Supports operating system environment- Provides 1st tier support to end users on a variety of issues- Utilizes help desk software to document, track, escalate, and timely resolve issues- Maintains excellent customer service and communication skills- Preferred experience with:o Active Directoryo Network Printerso Windows 10/11o Windows Servero Mac OSo Config/Deployment/support of equipment (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, smartphones, video surveillance, etc.)o Helpdesk ticketing systemo Audio/Video Presentation set-up and supporto ERP experience with Dynamics GP or other mid-size systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS Computer Science and/or 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
