Job Description : Job Description
Help desk support teams are patient task managers who know how to find or create solutions to unexpected problems. They often work with multiple teams and departments, and need to be able to communicate and take ownership to ensure tasks are completed appropriately and on time.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email
· Monitor Calls, Emails and HD Tickets and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
· Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
· Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
· Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
· Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
· Provide needed information on IT products or services
· Keep record of problems and their resolution
· Follow-up with customers
· Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
· Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
· Suggest improvements on procedures, document all procedures and processes
· Assist with POS system, reports issues, communication, phone, PC, new hires or any other relevant IT issue
· General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
· Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
· Ability deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile
· Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
· Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.
IT Help Desk Technician requirements
· Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for (3) year(s)
· Able to commute to Gardena, CA daily
· In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
· Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Bi-Lingual – English/Spanish (speak, read and write) requirement
· Customer-oriented and patient
· Able to lift 75 lbs
· Experience with Retail Systems support is a plus
