Position : LA Dodgers Training Academy Baseball & Softball Instructors

Job Description : The Los Angeles Dodgers Training Academy Instructors are responsible for delivering top-level training and instruction for youth athletes ranging from beginner to advanced.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform on-turf Baseball or Softball team training and instruction
Participate in on-location and in-facility skills training and camps
Prepare skills programming for scheduled one-on-one and small group lessons
Assist in preparation and set-up of facility and equipment at start and end of the training day

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of the game with a broad range of skills
Strong organizational, planning, & communication skills
Ability to set up, tear down, and move around equipment
Patience to maintain meaningful relationships with players, parents & coaches
Willingness and ability to support all areas of instruction
Supportive and encouraging mindset and attitude
Experience playing Baseball at the College level preferred
Experience as an instructor is beneficial
Frequent local travel required as needed per programming schedule

Pay: $28.00 – $60.00 per hour
