It helps us understand, commit to, and sharpen our community of excellence.The Admissions Assistant connects with, recruits, and processes inquiries for MVC’s Christ-centered day and boarding schools, maintains accurate communication and documentation records of inbound communications, including prospects, and works collaboratively within the Admissions/Advancement team, a dynamic and mission-driven group that plays a key role in shaping both first impressions and the subsequent, ongoing experiences of families throughout the MVC admissions lifecycle.. Requirements: Attend local ministry/school recruitment fairs, as needed.Greet guests, conduct tours, and follow-up with guests and prospects accordingly.Communicate with prospective students and families through phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations.Coordinate Admissions events (i.e., Open Houses, Campus Day Events, etc.).Assist with coordinating, creating, and updating advertising materials used in Admissions packets and giveaways.Actively support and participate in the development of the spiritual growth of those on our team and in our community.Other duties, projects, tasks, and responsibilities, as assignedSkills Required
