Job Description : Description: SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Preform various duties assisting Superintendents at new home construction job sites, which include preparing the job site, site cleanup, loading and unloading materials, erosion control, weed abatement, trenching, and more.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESClean and prepare construction site as needed, keeping the site safe.Remove and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.Load and unload materials.Erosion control, which may include removal, fill or compact of the earth.Excavates and fills trenches and ditches.General construction maintenance.PM22. Requirements: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: High School diploma preferred; 1-2 years prior construction industry experience is a plus.Ability to do physical labor, lift heavy equipment/materials and have strong stamina.Ability to do understand, follow and communicate written and oral instructions.Must be able to regularly stand, walk, stoop, reach, handle, kneel and climb.
