Job Description : MANUFACTURING POSITIONS
***LOCATION: California: Dinuba & Tulare Plants***
SHIFTS: Afternoon & Nights
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
SANITATION GENERALIST
Disassemble and clean various types of equipment with Chlormate portable foam cleaning system, pressure wash floors and reassemble equipment following all USDA protocols.
LINE SUPPORT
Set up production lines and supply filler machines with food and tortillas throughout the shift. Must be able to lift 30 lb. buckets.
PRODUCTION ROLLER
Must be capable of learning how to place tortillas on the belts and roll burritos/taquitos of various weights and size within specifications and at a fast pace in order to meet the standards. Work well in a team environment.
PACKER
Must be able to package all types of product, various weights and sizes at a fast pace and within specifications and standards. Work well in a team environment.
MECHANICS
Works on preventive maintenance and repair of industrial food processing / plant equipment. Knowledgeable of Processing Equipment, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic.
PREBATCH COORDINATOR
The Pre-Batch Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of ingredients to produce recipes. Will need to frequently lift-up to 50 pounds and be capable of pushing wheeled carts weighing over 100 pounds. Will use a computer to process transaction, read recipes, send e-mail, type notes, data entry, and access company programs. Will use a scanner to log processes.
COOKS
Follow company recipe procedures, measure ingredients & operate equipment to complete food recipes. Must be able to pass 6th grade math and have some computer skills.
SKILLS:
· No formal education or experience required for most positions
· Training will be provided for most positions
· Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
· Capable of working in a Fast Pace Environment
