Job Description : Jackson Design and Remodeling, an award-winning design build remodeling firm, and Outdoor Elements USA, a national manufacturer of luxury louvered roofs, seeks a talented full-time Marketing Associate. This is an exciting position working with the Marketing Team in a high energy department with a broad range of responsibilities.
As Marketing Associate, you will assist and participate in all aspects of the marketing department, including social media, web, digital, public relations, strategy, creative, photography, video, and event planning. The top candidate will have experience creating dynamic social media marketing in a professional environment, including reels, stories, videos and an overall understanding of content management and implementation.

Qualifications:
· Must be a dynamic go-getter who is creative and innovative with a strong work ethic.
· 4+ years’ experience in a marketing or advertising position.
· Proven experience with social media, photography, and video.
· Knowledge in digital marketing (SEO/PPC) is a plus.
· Comprehensive organizational skills, time management, oral and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and attention to detail required.
· Must be able to work under time constraints and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
· Must be proactive, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and resourceful as well as possess keen people skills.
· Experience with Illustrator, Canva and/or Photoshop is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or other related field required.
· The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
