Job Description : Job Title: Encompass Administrator
Pay: $85,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
Status: Exempt
Location: 2655 Camino Del Rio N, #450, San Diego, CA. 92108 (Not a remote position)
Cornerstone First Mortgage is growing, and we need a knowledgeable Encompass Administrator to join our amazing and winning team. Cornerstone First Mortgage offers a rewarding future with unlimited opportunities. We are seeking someone who is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, support, user maintenance, debugging, programming, and resolving complex issues. This person will be supporting the frontline staff and internal departments, maintaining assigned applications as required and assisting in solutions.
RESPONSIBILITES:
· Acting as the point of contact on all Encompass questions.
· Must be proficient with permissions, personas, loan folder management, data management, custom fields, input forms, reporting databases, able to program.
· Able to troubleshoot issues and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Functions as top-level support for end users. Assist staff with their daily questions, concerns, and proper usage of the system.
· Ensuring Encompass stays aligned with business needs while working strategically with the Mortgage and IT teams.
· Managing the companies Encompass platform and ensuring that all changes are tested before going live enterprise wide.
· Maintenance, support, debugging and able to program is required.
· Coordinate, Configure, and Customize the applications through settings, input from builder, business rules, etc.
· Collaborate with internal and external business analysts and/or developers regarding custom application development support. The creation of business requirements by interviewing users and reviewing existing documentation.
· Good interpersonal skills required for interaction with the Loan Officers and Business Units, with an emphasis on remaining steady in all types of circumstances.
· In addition, the Encompass Administrator will be assigned other projects under the direction of the Vice President.
· Effectively handle large amounts of inbound calls.
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
· Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA & other Loans.
· Organize and able to meet deadlines,
· Ability to multitask.
