Job Description : CASA DEL RETIRO, INC SITE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Generally, the Resident Manager must supervise the daily operation of the property in all significant aspects and to work with the Property Manager. Specific areas of concern include, but are not limited to:
Performance Standards: These are reasonable and attainable goals and should be kept in mind during management of the property.

Full Occupancy – Serving the public and housing members of the low to moderate-income groups is the goal of the Receiving proper 30-day notices from the residents will help pre-lease apartments that are soon to be vacant.

Accounting and Record Keeping:

Turn in payroll information to Property Manager
Evaluate personnel under her/his supervision on a regular basis and at the time of salary
Maintain confidential personnel
Assist in termination of personnel and related

Resident Relations:

Work in cooperation with the other staff to set up social activities and other services that are useful to
Resolve problems facing residents and the entire community relative to living conditions, legal issues, relationships among residents, violation of community rules,
Prepare correspondence, newsletters, and other contacts with residents containing information necessary for proper management/resident relationships

Qualifications for this Position

High school education or

Experience in property management and experience involving public contact preferred.
Must obtain certification as a Public Housing Manager, or equivalent, within twelve (12) months of employment.
Valid driver’s license

Use of personal automobile for local job-related travel and pick-up.
Neat, clean and appropriate
Must have some experience in light bookkeeping and supervision of the project and personnel
