Job Description : URGENTLY HIRING: Onsite Apartment Manager – Building near USC – FREE Studio.
Part-Time Job, 2-3 hours per day, Monday-Friday. Apply to find out all benefits included.
Los Angeles Property Management Group is the fastest growing property management company in LA. We are looking for an experienced Onsite Resident Manager for a twenty-five (25) unit building in Los Angeles. Must have strong fair housing background and knowledge of property management procedures and laws.
Required Qualifications:
o Minimum 2-years prior on-site apartment management experience
o Bilingual, Spanish and English
o Valid CA Driver License, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
o Outlook and Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
o Appfolio experience – preferred
o Hands-on cleaning/maintenance experience
o Highly organized and strong attention to detail
o Must be a team player (we work in a strong and positive environment as a team)
o Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
o Strong time management skills
o No smoking
Job Responsibilities:
o Supervise any outside worker or company performing services on the premises
o Communicate with the tenants, prepare tenant notices, collect, and post rents
o Show and rent vacant units (which includes preparation of prospective tenant application and rental agreements for submission to the office)
o Complete daily walk-throughs of the property and detail any items or areas that need repairs, replacements, etc. Perform light maintenance
o Always keep property grounds clean and presentable
