Representing the Nation’s #1 Mercedes-Benz and Audi Dealers, Fletcher Jones Management in Newport Beach is searching for the best customer service representatives for our on-site Business Development Call Center. A background in call center, retail sales, and customer service is a plus.
Professional work environment with state-of-the-art equipment and software. Industry leading Luxury Brands representing Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Porsche.
Responsibilities
A Representative focuses on building relationships and setting service appointments through inbound calls, outbound calls and internet communications driving traffic and loyalty.
Qualifications
Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise
Mastering Job Description, Scripting and Manufacturer Product Knowledge
Candidates must complete Fletcher Jones training courses
Compensation
Motivating paid training program, base hourly and bonuses with Earning Potential of $50,000 +
