About The Role
Lyra is looking for an Operations Associate II with a special focus on training and development to drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Care team. Reporting to Lyra’s Care Team Strategy and Operations Lead, this person will be responsible for ongoing team member development efforts and new hire onboarding processes. This includes developing and managing a feedback-driven training schedule for existing team members to promote team growth and collaborating with colleagues to create training content. The ideal candidate has a passion for organizational development, employee relations, and strategic people support. This role will be based remotely, with periodic travel to Lyra’s headquarters in Burlingame, CA.
Responsibilities
Creating sustainable processes to gather and use feedback to determine ongoing team member training session topics Acting as the main point of contact for new hire onboarding – moving the team onto a new LMS system, owning their training schedule, creating standardized content and materials, moving them through the training, and driving other administrative tasks as assigned Works closely with Care Team leads to develop training materials and facilitate new hire training and ongoing education. Improve the Care Team’s employee Net Promoter Score by developing an employee engagement plan and driving engagement activities for entire Care Team Owning knowledge management for the Care Team, including organizing existing materials, creating new materials, and driving information sharing across the team and cross-functionally
Qualifications
2-3 years working in a similar capacity of operations support or leading a team; healthcare experience a plus Experience building workflows, streamlining processes, and gleaning insights from data Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross functional teams Ability to identify gaps and taking the initiative to close them Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner. Exceptional communication and organizational skills Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care Comfortable with new technology, familiarity with CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk. Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care Comfort with data analysis and extracting insights from trends
