Job Description : **DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!**
Fantastic, part-time on-call opportunity for bilingual, experienced customer service professional for our Victorville corporate office. This position supports our numerous dental practices in answering, scheduling and directing calls using our call management system.
We offer: A part-time on-call opportunity in a friendly and professional work environment. Hours are 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7AM – 6PM (variable shifts) Some Saturdays required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· The Call Center Representative will be making appointments, adding notes to patient files, and confirming follow-up appointments.
· Following up on unresolved customer and client inquiries, scheduling and confirming initial and follow-up appointments, as necessary.
Qualifications:

Experience working in a call center or customer service department in a busy environment.
Bilingual – English/Spanish required
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, quick learner and be computer savvy.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.

Job Type: Part-Time On-Call
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour DOE
