Job Description : Equivalent Experience

Location: Redwood City

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Payrate: $25-$28

Shift: Monday through Friday ; 8am to 4:30pm

Description:

Building hardware kits based on customer orders.
Receive completed hardware from the production line and store appropriately.
Set Hardware with different software configurations based on work orders.
Build kits by combining hardware and accessories into a kit, document serial numbers into the Manufacture Execution System, and package according to an SOP.
Strong attention to detail. You are the last person to see the hardware before the customer gets it.
Fast learner- startup environment with constant changing systems, processes and priorities
Good communicator- most directions will be via Slack messages and Jira tickets. Must be responsive and able to multitask
Must be adaptable and a self-starter
Experience with ERP systems for work order, transfers, cycle counts, and shipments
Packaging, receiving, shipping, and processing returned experience
Able to lift 30 pounds and be on their feet for up to 8 hours

Must haves: – Must have experience using and learning new computer systems – Must have experience setting up different software configurations according to orders

Familiar with Google Sheets, SAP, Slack, Jira
Expert digital communication skills
Familiarity with different software (computer savvy)
Must have experience tracking out-going material
Working with Kanban inventory systems
