Position : Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Description : Highly successful business executive in Santa Barbara seeks an experienced, full-time personal assistant. Primarily working onsite at the principal’s residence, the personal assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

Scheduling personal appointments
Scheduling video calls and conference calls
Being the general first point of contact
Tracking personal expenses and creating monthly expense report
Running personal errands
Personal shopping, including online orders and returns
Gifting
Making travel arrangements by coordinating with flight department and travel agency
Assisting with luggage packing in advance of travel
Coordinating with the principal’s executive assistant and estate manager
Assisting with household projects as needed
Planning private events at the residence
Advising house staff of principal’s daily schedule
Approving invoices for payment

Applicants should have previous experience as a personal assistant supporting a high-net-worth individual or family in a residential setting. Must be detail-oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive mindset. College degree preferred.
Occasional (infrequent) travel with the principal may be required to additional homes in the US.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience. Medical, dental insurance. 401K.
