Position : Press Operator

Job Description : Earn $46,000 – $66,000 a year! Bonus incentive of $750+ per quarter. **Shift premium of $1.00 **applies to afternoon and midnight shifts.

Job Responsibilities:
Loading and starting steel coils into the press.
Set-up and runs presses.
Performs first-piece and in-process inspections.
Removing and replacing tooling from the press.
Supports other die setters, press operators or other production personnel whenever quality or production problems occur.
Participates in continuous improvement processes.
Keeping area clean.
Participates as a member of the Manufacturing team.
Follows all safety rules and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Be 18+ years old
Must have good communication skills, attendance and be a team player
Must be able to pass a background check, physical/drug screen.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends

You should be proficient in:

Production Setups
Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you’ll use:

Calipers
Punch Press
Press Brake
Stamping Press
Measurement Gauges

Salary info:

$18 – $21 / hr
