Job Description : Responsibilities
The UCLA-UCSF ACEs Aware Family Resilience Network (UCAAN) is a multi-campus initiative that will leverage the substantial interdisciplinary resources of both public health sciences campuses to screen patients for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and develop, promote, and sustain evidence-based methods to address the impacts of trauma and toxic stress. As the Project Coordinator of UCAAN, you will:
Manage and monitor a portfolio of contracts, including four sub-recipients and more than a dozen vendors
Partner with internal and external parties to regularly review goals and benchmarks and help ensure the consistent delivery of services and programs
Assist the senior management team with the facilitation of contract implementation within key operational areas
Support the budget and operations teams with contract monitoring responsibilities
May convert to career
Qualifications
Experience working with health care providers or in a health care setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to retrieve and analyze online financial information and computer-generated reports
Proven teamwork, collaboration and customer service skills
Superb time management and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends occasionally
Not required, but a bonus if you have the following:
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of University administrative units and their services, role and responsibilities
Working knowledge of University and funding agency policies and procedures as they pertain to the purchase of goods and services.
Knowledge in using project management software
