Job Description : Receptionist- Independent Living
We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to come join our remarkable team! You will greet residents and visitors when they arrive and determine their reason for their visit. Other job duties include answering phones, organizing files, and making copies. The position may call for a full- or part-time basis.

Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
Desire to work with seniors
Must possess a team spirit, good character, and personal integrity.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
