Position : Regional Route Sales Representative

Job Description : Identified by Selling Power Magazine as one of the 50 best companies to sell for in 2021, #4, Prudential Overall Supply is currently seeking a career minded, growth oriented, and customer driven individual to join our outside sales team as a Regional Route Sales Representative. The Regional Route Sales Representative position is an internal growth sales position to support sales to current customers for consumable and related products. Candidate will be responsible for Southern California market centers.
Requirements include:

Support the development of strategy, tracking, administration and plan execution for the Position’s assigned Locations.
Directly assist the assigned Locations Route Management teams to achieve weekly sales average, S.O.P. co-op goals, and increase the penetration percentages for assigned products within existing accounts.
Facilitate sales seminars and assist assigned location Managers in conducting quality Route Sales training at the location level.
Overnight travel up to 60%

Proven track record of business-to-business sales
1-3 years outside sales experience.
Effective rapport building.
Professional presentation and needs assessment skills.
Positive attitude, competitive, and a strong desire to succeed.
Computer proficiency.
Skillful in data base management and cold calling.
Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
