Job Description : Day-to-DayAn employer is looking for a Call Center Representative in the West Sacramento, CA. This individual will be responsible for handling calls from providers and billing agents regarding Medi-Cal inquiries.Additional responsibilities include:Responsibilities:-Inbound call center environment- Responding to incoming calls from customers-Answering questions, providing information, updating accounts/information-Escalating issues as needed
Desired Skills and Experience-1 year minimum call center experience-40 WPM typing speed-Strong communication skills-Knowledge of Healthcare
Plusses-Previous Medi-Cal/Medicaid experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
