Job Description : Yu Dao investment LLC is a real estate development company that develops and constructs real estate projects mainly for residential houses in the Los Angeles area of the United States. Our main projects are the acquisition of houses or land, construction or renovation, and finally sale.
The company is now looking for an experienced contract construction worker that knows how to do the following requirements.
This is a contract work and you must know how to do one of the following duties
1. paint walls
2.install floors
3.connect water and electric
Work requirements
1. High school degree or above, major in construction engineering, 3 years or more experience in construction site construction, able to work independently, under 50 years old
2. Good health, strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, integrity, careful work, strong principle, strong confidentiality, stable personality, good team awareness and communication skills, good professional ethics job responsibilities work duties
Duties
1. Responsible for the supervision and inspection of the construction progress, construction quality, construction safety and environmental protection of the decoration project, and construct according to the specifications to ensure safe production and civilized construction.Reasonable deployment of production factors, strict organization of construction, to ensure the progress and quality of the project
2. Responsible for arranging construction, site handover, familiar with drawings, participating in technical disclosure, and cooperating with the preparation of construction site schedule
3. Responsible for progress inspection, order materials with team materials, check the quality of construction materials, prepare material and equipment entry plans, urge construction materials and equipment to enter the site on time, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
4. Responsible for the interspersed and coordinated work of various types of work on the site, and responsible for the layout and coordination of the temporary site
5. Responsible for the coordination and feedback of external on-site problems, and responsible for the combination of on-site production inspections
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
