Position : Sales Associate – Customer Service Event Rentals

Job Description : The Position:
– Danny Thomas Party Rentals is a local owned and operated party rental company. We are looking to hire a part time, 20-30 hours or Full time customer service position to be part of our sales team that assist clients with their rental needs. Our customer service representatives assist clients with residential parties, corporate events, weddings, and educational events. Orders are placed on the phone, email, and online. Must be able to assist clients choosing the best products and services.
Monday – Friday (office is open 8-5 pm)

Requirements:
– Professional demeanor on the phone and in person
– Detail oriented, time management and organized
– Office environment team player – client focused
– Basic computer skills and willing to learn office software
Responsibilities:
– Excellent customer service for client event rental needs
– Strong phone skills and accurate data entry
– Ability to quickly change pace and multi-task
– Create rental orders, update existing rental orders per client needs
– Ability to handle client inquiries by email, phone and fax
Education and Experience:
– High School diploma, some college preferred
– Catering or event planning is helpful
