Position : Spa Receptionist – Tenaya Stone Spa – Full Time and Part Time

Job Description : Tenaya Stone Spa Receptionists are responsible for meeting the needs of Guests by providing exemplary Guest service regarding Spa and fitness requests that include phone, email, and face-to-face interaction. Receptionists provide Guests with the most accurate information regarding Tenaya Stone Spa and fitness offerings, recommending specific treatments/classes to Guests while working in close liaison with the Hotel Guest Services Assistants and Front Office team of all three hotels to ensure service solutions for Guests using available resources.

Basic Qualifications :

Ability to keep up with a fast pace work environment and independently keep up to date with changing product knowledge and policy and procedure changes.
Ability to reflect a professional image while maintaining guest privacy.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high attention to detail.
Strong computer skills and knowledge is required (must be comfortable communicating via company e-mail).
Ability to use multiple devices throughout the day including iPads, iPhones, hand-held radios and desktop computers.
Ability to handle difficult/sensitive situations independently, while confidently utilizing service recovery methods.
Must be able to maintain professionalism in high pressure situations and be knowledgeable of emergency procedures.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent Guest service skills.
Receptive to special requests and proactive in anticipating Guests needs.

Additional Information :

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Casual Regular Spa Cast Members must be fully available to work Friday, Saturday OR Sunday, and one additional day during the week throughout the year.
Available to work all holidays, in addition to the original three days of casual regular availability.
