Our Stockton, CA location is searching for a Transportation Clerk to be responsible for duties associated with the preparation of all outbound dispatching for deliveries to customers.
Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
$18.00-$20.00/hr based on experience.
You’ll have a clerical focus and work closely with drivers, supervisors and Transportation Manager.

Verify customer invoices
Assemble outbound paperwork, print invoices. Record and collate COD information on bills of lading, drivers manifest, logs, and inspection sheets.
Maintain weekly and monthly transportation reports.
Assist sales with tracing orders, and re-routing orders if needed
Strong data-entry with high rate of accuracy preferred.

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

Excellent communication, grammar, verbal and writing skills. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
