Job Description : 9 Month contract opportunity
Compensation: $90 – $100/hr

Primary Function of Position:
The goal of this role is to support team scalability and efficiency by establishing seamless workflows, processes, and procedures that will allow for team efficiency, partner alignment, and improved products over time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Management of workflows, project plans, timelines, project management tools, and frameworks to successfully support project teams
Establishment of new workflows and implementation by ways that remove friction and allow scalability, productivity, and creativity across the product development lifecycle
Provide support of project management tools (SmartSheet, Clarity, Tableau, etc.)
Identification of gaps that need to increase efficiency and collaboration across team members and projects and develop plans of action
Preparation for design reviews with partners and leadership by driving agendas, goals, and presentation strategy
Contribution of successful practices, frameworks, tools, and lessons learned to the development of the design operations practice
Close collaboration with designers on project vision, strategy, and roadmaps

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

5+ years of experience supporting multiple projects in creative and/or product development teams
BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Science, Graphic Design, or Computer Science with an emphasis on UX/UI development, or equivalent work experience
Expert SmartSheet skills and proficiency of other project management tools
Passionate about organizational excellence and attention to detail
Strong skills in communication, analysis, relationship management, conflict resolution, time management, organization, and prioritization
Strong ability to build strong relationships across team members, practices and stakeholders
Well-versed in developing lightweight, repeatable processes, standards, and workflows
