Job Description : Engineering Contractor Crew Member/Installer
EagleLIFT offers health benefits providing each employee a monthly allowance of $375.00 towards a Kaiser Permanente plan. We offer a 401K match up to 3% of your bi-weekly payroll and Paid Time Off/Sick time and paid holidays (PTO accrual/sick and holiday pay total 16 paid days a year). EagleLIFT also pays our Crew Members to travel as passengers in company vehicles. We have ample opportunities for Overtime and Prevailing Wage projects as well.
Do you have concrete or construction experience? EagleLIFT, Inc., is a progressive and rapidly expanding Engineering Contractor specializing in slab lifting and soil stabilization. Contractor performs, residential, commercial and public works projects. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to complete residential, commercial and public works projects involving slab lifting and foundation repair work.
Travel is required as we service all of CA/NV and occcasionally AZ.

OSHA CERTIFIED PREFERRED
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Preparation of foundations and installation of specialized piers underneath foundations.
Preparation, drilling and Injecting of polyurethane resin underneath concrete fixtures to stabilize, void fill and/or lift structure.
Present a professional example to all customers.
Working with others cohesively for minimizing time on job and maximizing company profits.
Working knowledge of specialized systems to complete assigned job.
Maintaining equipment in best possible shape through daily cleaning and maintenance.
Driving to and from job location in a variance of vehicles.
Some drivers must be able to be licensed for heavy vehicle driving.
Daily visual inspection and critical maintenance of all vehicles utilized on job.
Comply with all safety protocol

23.50-24.00 per hour to start, ample Overtime and opportunities for Prevailing wage.

Beneco administers our 401K retirement program. We offer up to 3% match of your bi-weekly paycheck. At your 91st day, you will be automatically enrolled to the traditional 401K program at 2% unless you follow the instructions on the letter to opt out or change your match to 3%.
Company offers a Sick/Paid Time Off package: During first year of service, in addition to 3 days of sick pay, the employee is eligible to accrue up to 7 days Paid Time Off for a combined total of 10 paid days, annually. Additionally, employer provides 6 paid holidays per calendar year for a potential total of 16 paid days off each year.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Physical Surroundings: Field work as required by job, typically residential/commercial/public works outdoor environment. Adverse Working Conditions: Weather exposure on outdoor work. Some space constricted areas. Physical Efforts: Some strenuous work is required as situation demands. Bending, lifting (at least 50lbs.), digging, stooping, close quarters/ confined spaces work. Domestic Travel: Some travel is required per job, typically remaining within a two state area and typically not to exceed two ( 2 ) consecutive weeks without return to home office area. Extensive hours may be required.
