Position : Year Round Camp Coordinator

Job Description : The Klub Gymnastics has an immediate opening for a Camp Coordinator. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, responsible individual to work in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic space. The Camp Coordinator will have experience supervising a team and will help to create a staff culture that is welcoming, warm, fun, and safe for staff to take risks, grow, learn, and build meaningful relationships with campers and peers.
Train alongside our current Camp Director. We are looking for someone that is available year round.
Must be available to train in April and May.
Responsibilities

Create Staff Schedules
Manage staff for punctuality, proper floor safety, etc
Manage student enrollment
Address parents concerns
Communicate with the front desk to make sure policies are understood and proper customer service is provided.
Daily activities/crafts/event/vendors for students
Weekly themes
Daily meetings with staff regarding the day’s events
Recaps and reporting
Keep accurate incident records
Daily attendance
Inventory upkeeping
Set up and maintain equipment
Address behavioral issues
Make sure all safety rules are followed
Perform first aid or take care of injuries as needed

Skills

Proven experience as Camp Coordinator or similar role working with children
Patient and reliable
Organizational and communication skills
A love for children
Energetic and positive personality
First aid- and CPR-certified preferred

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
