Assembly Technician
Location: Lebanon, Oregon (Relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon Oregon required)
Salary Range: $23.00 to $30.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7-3:30pm

Position Summary:
Assembles machines, equipment, and their subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications
Assembles product, following blueprints and schematic drawings and specifications
Assembles equipment with bolts or other fastening devices to foundation or other structures
Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test proper movement
Bends and installs pipe for hydraulic systems
Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears using alignment & measurement tools to insure proper assembly tolerances
Performs layout, prep, assembly and installation of threaded and grooved pipe.
Tests or assists in testing operation of completed product
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Utilize Continuous Improvement tools such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, RIE’s and other work area standards
Represent ENTEK with the highest standard of professional conduct when interacting with employees and community

Required Experience:
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
4+ years related experience and/or training.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and use a respirator in this position..
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Trade school program certificate.
Welding experience.
