Job Description : ESSENTIAL
To assist the Sales Team to achieve the targeted sales of admixture businessTo understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable productsCarryout trials at sites and labs to match the customers’ specifications and performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with help of Segment Manager/Tech ManagerTo modify the products and meet the site requirements as and when necessary
SECONDARY
To develop good and effective contacts with consultants/architects for furthering Company’s business interestsBreaking competitors’ specifications and increasing the customer baseMaximise margins and cash
Role Description
Support & assist Area sales managers / Zonal Manager / TM for development of all aspects of admixture business of the branch.
Key Skills and Experiences
1 – 4 years of working experience in projects. Knowledge of Concrete Industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / B.Sc
