Job Description : Customer Service/Sales Representative PositionJob OverviewAnswers phones and in person service requests, schedules service, process sales order and fulfill customerneeds to ensure customer satisfaction. Attracts potential customers by answering productand service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a relatedarea. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage large amounts of incoming callsGreet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for callResponsible for scheduling service call organizing and maintaining service schedule for multiple techniciansOpen and maintain customer accounts by recording account information and service requestsAssist customers with load in/out of appliancesMaintain financial customer accounts by posting payments.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives following up to ensure resolution.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or in personAssist with placement of orders, refunds, & exchanges.Take customer information and other pertinent information such as address, phone number, email address, bill to information, record service problem or assist with sale of productPlace and cancel service calls.Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.Act as company gatekeeper.Utilize computer technology to handle large volume of calls.Close out and open cash drawer reporting any shortage or overage to managementSell products and servicesOrder parts for service techniciansReceive partsCall customer to schedule time for service call day before service; following up to assure the customer will beavailable and determine how payment will be received.File warranty claimsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSMust be able to MultitaskExcellent oral and written skillsExcellent listening skillsExcellent phone skillsComputer skillsAble to lift 40+ LBSJob Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Grants Pass, OR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
