JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our remote team and/or in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, graphic designers, developers, and external stakeholders to create fun and engaging digital websites, apps, and games.

With mentorship provided from senior staff, your day-to-day will include translating business requirements into functional designs, defining design architecture, implementing clickable prototypes, creating visual styling, and ultimately creating a set of digital products to drive an industry forward.

As a Junior UX Designer, you will work to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and become a subject matter expert in the lottery industry and eventually related gaming verticals such as casino and sports. You’ll participate in periodic user research and analytics reviews to ensure that designs are meeting business goals.

You’ll utilize Sketch, Abstract, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools to complete your work. We work in an agile framework, delivering new software to the market every two-weeks.

REQUIRED SKILLS
The successful candidate should possess:

Relevant degree applicable to UX or graphic design
Excellent resourcefulness and problem solving abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Solid work ethic and team-oriented approach to work
A passion for games and digital experiences is a plus
