Job Description : Assist in the student admission process, explain the school policies, highlights of the school, pedagogy and enrollment process to the ParentsProvide assistance to Parents in completing admission/enrollment forms and other related formalitiesGenerating admissions via walk-ins, online & telephonic queries, parent-to-parent referrals.Building rapport and relationships with existing parents and prospects.Manage Parent’s interactive sessions during admission counselling. Giving PowerPoint presentations, school visits/trips etc.Monitor follow up for the conversion of enquiries into registrations. Ensuring receipt of all necessary student information.Proper completion of documents Pre & Post Admissions.Operational activities related to Marketing and Admissions.Check batch availability, Maintain a student admissions database with clear and complete student enrollment files.Share all the required links and documents with the parents for completing the admission process.Review the student lists with the existing data and update the sameCollaborate with team members to complete and validate the admission of studentsAddress student queries and complaints timelyShare notification with the parents related to any activity/eventsProvide support to Management in managing AdmissionsMaintain a cordial relationship with the management, students, faculties and administrative teams for smooth operations.To report promptly and diligently on a daily basis.Desired Candidate ProfileShould possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skillsShould be prompt and persuasiveHard-working and self-motivated with a go-getter attitudeShould be prudent with long term approach with the organizationShould be presentable and physically fitHighly convincing & hands-on experience in counsellingJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Required)
