Job Description : Busy Law Firm seeking a Legal Assistant. Applicant must be team player, technologically proficient and past experience with case management software is a plus. Must have prior legal experience. Prior legal experience with a law firm specializing in no-fault/auto negligence litigation is preferred.The law firm primarily specializes in no-fault and auto negligence litigation. The docket is split between representing clients injured in motor vehicle accidents and representing medical providers.Candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients that are in pre-suit status, communicating with insurance adjusters, ordering medical records, requesting billing records, submitting no-fault claims, etc.We want a highly motivated, driven, team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, but easy going environment to join our team!Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:law firm: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
