The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. The Onboarding Specialist will manage the new hire onboarding process including creating offer letters, manage the pre-employment screening process, post job requisitions, manage student externships, facilitate with staffing agencies as needed, may assist with phone screens, schedule interviews and support two in house recruiters as needed.
The ideal Onboarding Specialist should have prior HR experience and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. We are searching for a self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team. A great attitude, excellent communication skills, and superb attention to detail are a must! Starting pay range, based on experience: $23.81 – $28.01 per hour.

Requirements:
One (1) year of prior Human Resources experience preferred; prior Recruiting experience a plus!
Basic understanding of Employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/Management preferred.
Outstanding customer service philosophy and skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work proactively, function as part of a team and respond to changing needs.
Excellent attendance and work ethic.
