Job Description : Retail PLUS PositionSiskiyou Sungrown is seeking a new employee to join our team. We are an organic cannabis & hemp company headquartered in Grants Pass. We are seeking a dynamic person to join our retail sales and fulfillment team at our downtown CBD store and to provide additional support to our administrative team. The right candidate has a good knowledge base for herbal medicine, cannabis and CBD, exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and experience with retail. We are looking for a fresh, positive, easy going person to join us and to help our office function efficiently while helping our CBD customers.Retail and Fulfillment Job Duties: Help customers find a CBD solution for their needsHold a strong knowledge of Siskiyou Sungrown products suite both cannabis and CBDProvide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etcProvide exceptional customer service via phone, in person, and emailProcess payments and work with POS system cash registerClean and restock the storeConduct all opening and closing dutiesUse upselling techniques in order to increase store salesPackaging and processing orders for shipmentAssist on projects from other departmentsRetail + Admin Skills and Qualifications: Advanced customer service skillsBasic math skillsThe ability to use a cash registerStrong level of professionalism at workExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience in dealing with difficult customersMicrosoft office skillsAbility to learn and operate basic office technology and softwareOur retail store is open Monday – Saturday from 10am – 4pm. Shifts are typically split between two employees. This is a part time position that will ideally be a 6 hour shift, 3 days a week.Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Our retail space is currently operating through a drive through window to minimize exposure.
