Job Description : Who we are: Ulliance is an international behavioral health and human resources service company headquartered in Troy, MI. For the last 12 years, Ulliance has served as the contractor to the State of Michigan, administering the Health Professional Recovery Program, which monitors impaired health care professionals.This position works in a hybrid work schedule- 2 days from home (remote) and 3 days in the office and no other travel!General SummaryCase Managers and Intake Managers provide telephonic management of impaired healthcare professional before their impairment with mental health or substance abuse harms a patient or damages their careers through disciplinary action with their licensing board. This position will have a hybrid work schedule with individuals working in the Metro Detroit Area of Michigan.Typical Duties and Responsibilities· Gather required intake information· Obtain required releases of information· Refer participants out for evaluations· Support Program Director in the development of required reports to the State of Michigan· Maintain comprehensive case notes on all assigned cases· Primary contact for treatment providers· Monitor compliance during Intake process· Utilize a team approach for the management of cases· Inform participants of program goals and overall requirements· Support participants towards achieving their recovery· Reviews daily drug testing results with regular communication with Medical Director· Address non-compliance through clinical team approach· Proficiently employs all interaction through established software/databasesExperience, Training, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities · Have Master’s degree level in a Behavioral Science degree i.e. Social Work, Psychology, Licensed Professional Counseling or closely related behavioral science discipline fields like Criminal Justice degree.· Previous Case Management/Intake Management experience· Possess proficient knowledge of Microsoft office products or equivalent· All potential candidates are required to have a valid/current driver license and are subject to a background check.
