Position : HR Coordinator (Remote)
Job Description : The HR Coordinator performs human resource administration duties. The primary support will be answering the ESS (Employee Self-Service) inquires to our HR Shared Services team, plus other duties as requested.
What will be your impact?
Provide efficient and accurate responses to the ESS inquires related to the employee’s employment experience, such as, but not limited to, the following: where to find resources, benefit contacts, policy, employee programs, retirement plans, or other employee related topics. Due to growth and high demands, this position may support other duties, such as, new hire onboarding, transition of employment, or special projects.
Learn policy, standard operating procedures and culture to perform duties effectively within a team environment.
Display best administrative practices regarding attention to detail, efficiency, time management, team collaboration, confidence working with autonomy in a remote setting or other attributes to be most effective.
At times, due to growth and fast paced environment, the HR Coordinator may assist with onboarding, transitions, HR communications/online newsletter, payroll collaboration, wellness program, acquisition due diligence, integration process or any other special requests or projects.
This position provides an opportunity to learn and develop.
Other duties as assigned by direct manager or other HR leadership.
